Great Ocean Road
Join us today on a day tour as we travel over the West Gate Bridge and enjoy impressive panoramas of Melbourne's skyline and Port Phillip Bay. Continue on to Torquay, start of the 300km Great Ocean Road - one of the world's most spectacular coastlines.
Surf Coast
Coastal cliffs and long golden surf beaches are a major attraction along the Great Ocean Road. The beautiful resort of Lorne and picturesque Apollo Bay draw many visitors during the holiday season. Perhaps enjoy a local favorite, a fish and chips lunch in Apollo Bay (own expense) and sit on the beach or wander along the main street.
Rainforests
Travel through the Otway National Park, a region of unspoilt rainforest with tree ferns and tall eucalypts.
Port Campbell National Park with the Twelve Apostles
We'll walk down Gibsons Steps to the beach and get a very different view from the water's edge, looking up at the dramatic limestone cliffs and spectacular rock stacks! Marvel at the stark stone pillars of the Twelve Apostles, Razorback, Island Arch and other twisted "stacks".
Shipwrecks are a tragic part of this rugged coast, the most notable being the "Loch Ard". You will be able to descend into Loch Ard Gorge and have time to experience the magic of the Shipwreck Coast. The dramatic scenery provides tremendous scope for photography.
